At Shop Miss A, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Review Policy
Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days, as we cannot accept returns on used cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damaged products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure faster processing.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package using a carrier of your choice and retain the tracking number until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
